Lacamas Studio LLC operates Tessmere. This policy covers what we collect, why, and your choices. We use information to run, protect, and improve Tessmere and to measure our advertising.
Tessmere creates a random identifier on your device and saves your progress and balances on our servers under a protected form of it. Device storage also keeps your progress, preferences, and purchase identifiers. Clearing browser data does not delete what our servers hold.
If you create an account, we keep your email address, a securely hashed password, and the link to your progress. We send account and purchase emails through Amazon SES.
To delete your account and estate, open Your Account and tap Delete account. Your account and progress are erased, and your sessions are revoked. We retain purchase records to prevent duplicate credits and meet legal duties, and visit and error records to operate and improve Tessmere. You can also write to contact@tessmere.com to ask us to delete your data.
Stripe processes payments. We receive the item, amount, and payment status, never your card details. We keep transaction records to credit purchases and resolve disputes. Android external purchases and refunds, including amounts, currency, times and billing country, are reported to Google Play using a transaction token. Card details are entered on Stripe’s page in your external browser.
We record visits, referring sites and ad campaigns, tables, progress, active time, balances, and which controls and areas you tap. We never record what you type into fields or where exactly you tap.
Our servers receive your IP address and device details. Our hosting provider, Vercel, supplies an approximate country, region, and city from your IP address. We make no separate IP-location lookup. This is never your precise location.
Providers that host Tessmere, store data, send email, process payments, or analyze traffic may process information for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer.
Rose reminders are optional local notifications. Enable them in Account and manage permission in your phone settings. They stop when you sign out or delete your account.
When your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, Tessmere stops its usage analytics. Saving progress and purchase records continue, as Tessmere needs them.
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or copy your information, or object to certain uses. Write to contact@tessmere.com; we may ask for details to find and verify your records. You may also complain to your local privacy authority.
We keep information as long as needed to run Tessmere, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties. We protect it with reasonable measures, though no online service is perfectly secure. Our providers may process it in the United States or elsewhere.
We may update this policy. The latest version and its date appear on this page.
