Lacamas Studio LLC operates Tessmere. By using Tessmere, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Tessmere is for your personal, noncommercial enjoyment. Do not disrupt it, exploit bugs to change progress or balances, bypass security, access accounts that are not yours, or use it to harm others. We may restrict access to protect Tessmere or others, or when these terms are broken.
An account is optional. Without one, your progress is linked to your device; removing the app or changing devices may lose it. With an account, sign in with email and password to reach your estate on any device. Keep your sign-in details private.
We cannot promise lost progress can be recovered. If something goes wrong, write to contact@tessmere.com.
Roses, clover, undos, collection pieces, and other virtual items are for use within Tessmere only. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred.
Purchases are processed by Stripe and credited to your progress once payment is confirmed. Purchases are final, except as required by law. We may adjust tables, awards, items, and balance as Tessmere grows.

Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
